In Part One of Video Pirates, S&M film maker Rick Sretsam's (Rick Masters) movies are being pirated by ruthless mobster Barry Kelphead (Nick Long). Barry poses as a distributor but he is actually pirating the porn he is supposed to be distributing. He then "helps" the struggling adult entrepreneur out of his financial woes by loaning him money at exorbitant interest rates. Rick is being hopelessly buried in debt by the scheming Barry. Then he spirits away Rick's beautiful wife Tina (Kerri Downs) to insure he pays up. That was a big mistake. Furious, Rick retaliates by hatching an insane plan to use Barry's niece and daughter (Traci O'Connor, Tabitha Jordan) as participants in his next bondage flick, then slipping the tape to Barry as if it's his next opus to pirate. Rick breaks into Barry's house and proceeds to make a movie with the two hotties inside, but later discovers they are the wrong girls! Undeterred, he moves on to his next target. Now, in Part Two, Rick uses a ruse to trap Barry's perky daughter-in-law Amanda (Melisa Pope) in his warehouse fright chamber. With the aid of the sexy Chandra Sweet, Amanda becomes the next duct tape and clothespin covered token of Rick's rage. She is compelled to participate in endless acts of humiliation and punished severely as her considerable suffering is recorded by the unblinking eye of Rick's camera. Amanda is spared nothing, her nipples twisted with pliers, her body wracked with electrical current. This will convince Barry to release Tina. When Barry sees the tape of Amanda, his reaction is to promptly die of a heart attack, leaving Tina to work free of her bonds and escape. She needs to find Rick before things get any worse. Little does she know, it's already too late. This raw and intense sequel to Video Pirates was shot in a relentless POV style with incredible performances by Melisa Pope, Kerri Downs and Chandra Sweet.
